It is with great pride and honor that we are sharing this announcement: After reviewing many impressive nominations for the 2014 SENIA Inaugural Advocacy Award, Dr. Francis Xavier Dimalanta was chosen for an honorary award as the Medical Director of A Child’s D.R.E.A.M. Foundation, Inc.. “The Special Education Network in Asia (SENIA) Board wishes to recognize your achievements, abilities and aspirations. We were especially impressed with your dedication to creating awareness and advocacy for all exceptional people in Asia.” The SENIA Advocacy Award celebrates the achievement of a student, adult or group who exemplify its mission and vision by serving as advocates for people with disabilities. The SENIA Board consists of professionals and parents from all over Asia.The SENIA 2014 Conference will be held at the UWCSEA East Campus in Singapore. Awarding will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2014.
